what’s the ordering process?

All tables and menus will have a QR code that can be scanned to order, then a text will be sent when the food is ready to be picked up at The Kitchen counter. Ordering can also be done in-person at the counter.

can food be ordered at the bar?

Ordering food can only be done via the QR code or in person at The Kitchen counter. This way, our bartenders can focus on promptly serving beer to guests!

IS TAKEOUT AVAILABLE?

Feel free to order takeout to bring home and enjoy! When ordering food to go, please do so from The Kitchen counter instead of through your phone.

are dogs allowed inside?

Per Connecticut food safety regulations, only task-trained service animals are permitted inside the taproom. Leashed, well-behaved dogs are always welcome on our patio!

is outside food permitted?

With the addition of The Kitchen, we will no longer allow outside food to be brought into the taproom. For questions regarding what we serve or food allergy accommodation inquiries, please contact us at info@backeastbrewing.com.

Can food allergies and dietary
preferences be accommodated?

Our kitchen is nut-free and our menu has many vegetarian and gluten-free options, as well as vegan substitutions for select items.

CAN TAPROOM GIFT CARDS/REWARDS BE USED
ON ORDERS AT THE KITCHEN?

We apologize, but Back East Brewing gift cards will not apply to purchases at The Kitchen. Stars earned through our beer loyalty program will continue to apply only to beer purchases.

IS catering available?
